Invoices & Billing covers how to view your invoices, update payment methods, and manage your Localith subscription.
View invoices
To access your invoices:
- Go to Account > Billing in the Localith dashboard.
- Scroll to the Invoices section.
- Click any invoice to view or download it as a PDF.
Invoices are generated automatically for each billing cycle and for any additional credit purchases.
Update payment method
To change your payment card or billing details:
- Go to Account > Billing.
- Click Update payment method.
- Enter your new card details and save.
Changes take effect on the next billing cycle.
Manage your subscription
From the Billing section you can:
- view your current plan and what is included
- upgrade or downgrade your plan
- cancel your subscription
Plan changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. See Pricing for available plans and what each tier includes.
Billing details
To update your billing name, address, or VAT number:
- Go to Account > Billing.
- Click Edit billing details.
- Update the fields and save.
These details appear on your invoices.
Common questions
Where do I find my invoices?
Go to Account > Billing > Invoices. All past invoices are listed there and can be downloaded as PDFs.
Can I get a refund?
Contact support for refund requests. Refund eligibility depends on your plan terms and usage.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Account > Billing and click the cancel option. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
