Your obligations
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to use Localith in compliance with applicable laws, including Google's Terms of Service for Business Profiles. You will not use the platform to publish misleading information, manipulate reviews, or engage in practices that violate Google's policies.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you upload and the content you publish through the platform.
Intellectual property
Localith and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by EmbedSocial and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Your data remains yours. Localith does not claim ownership of the business information, reviews, or content you manage through the platform.
Limitation of liability
Localith is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or specific results from using the platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EmbedSocial shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or use the platform in a way that harms other users or the service itself.
