Report Export

Generate branded PDF and CSV reports for clients or stakeholders.

Report Export lets you generate downloadable reports that consolidate your review data and Google Business Profile performance into professional documents you can analyze or share with clients and stakeholders.

Overview

Localith offers three report types that can be downloaded as a visual PDF with charts or as a CSV file for raw data:

  • GBP Performance Report covers how customers find and interact with your profiles
  • Review Metrics Report focuses on review analytics, sentiment, and team response rates
  • Export Reviews Report gives you raw review-level data including reviewer names, ratings, text, and your replies

Use reports when you need to share performance summaries with clients, track trends over a specific period, or pull raw data into external tools.

Tips and best practices

  • Use PDF reports for client-facing summaries where visual presentation matters.
  • Use CSV exports when you need to run your own analysis, merge with other data, or import into external tools.
  • Set a consistent date range across reports if you are comparing performance and review metrics side by side.
  • Generate reports on a regular cadence (weekly or monthly) so you can track trends over time.
  • Combine the GBP Performance Report with the Review Metrics Report for a complete picture of both visibility and customer sentiment.

Limits or edge cases

  • Reports only include data for listings that are connected and syncing with Localith.
  • If a listing was recently added, historical data before the connection date will not appear.
  • Very large date ranges across many locations may take a moment to generate.

Common questions

What is the difference between PDF and CSV format?

PDF reports include charts and visual formatting, making them ideal for sharing with clients or stakeholders. CSV files contain raw data in a spreadsheet-friendly format for custom analysis.

Can I include multiple locations in one report?

Yes. During step 5 you can select one or more listings to include. The report will cover all selected locations.

How far back can I pull data?

You can generate reports for any period where Localith has been connected and syncing data from your Google Business Profiles.
