Tips and best practices
- Use PDF reports for client-facing summaries where visual presentation matters.
- Use CSV exports when you need to run your own analysis, merge with other data, or import into external tools.
- Set a consistent date range across reports if you are comparing performance and review metrics side by side.
- Generate reports on a regular cadence (weekly or monthly) so you can track trends over time.
- Combine the GBP Performance Report with the Review Metrics Report for a complete picture of both visibility and customer sentiment.
Limits or edge cases
- Reports only include data for listings that are connected and syncing with Localith.
- If a listing was recently added, historical data before the connection date will not appear.
- Very large date ranges across many locations may take a moment to generate.
