Start with Localith walks new users through the first setup steps after choosing a google business profile manager software workflow for their team.
Overview
This guide walks you through connecting your Google Business Profiles, configuring AI agents, and starting to manage your locations. Most teams are operational within a short first setup session.
Step 1: Connect your profiles
Sign in with your Google account and select the Business Profiles you want to manage. Localith imports your locations, reviews, and performance data automatically.
- Go to the Localith dashboard and click Connect Google Account.
- Authorize Localith to access your Google Business Profiles.
- Select the locations you want to manage and confirm the import.
Tip: The initial import usually takes under 2 minutes. Larger accounts with 100+ locations may take slightly longer.
Step 2: Configure your AI agents
Set up the AI Review Reply Agent to start generating responses for incoming reviews. Then configure the AI SEO Agent to begin auditing your profiles and surfacing optimization opportunities.
Both agents work in the background once activated. You control which actions require human approval and which can run automatically.
- Open the AI Review Reply settings and choose your default tone, language, and automation rules.
- Open the AI SEO Agent and run your first audit to see keyword gaps, category suggestions, and profile health scores.
- Adjust approval workflows so sensitive actions route to the right team member.
Step 3: Start managing
With profiles connected and agents configured, you can start editing listings, publishing Google Posts, reviewing AI-generated replies, and tracking performance from the dashboard.
Use the sidebar navigation to move between Listings, Reviews, Publishing, SEO, and Analytics. Each tool works independently but shares the same location data and team permissions.
What to do next
- Explore Listings Management to edit business info, bulk update via CSV, lock profiles, and manage hours.
- Set up Publishing to schedule Google Posts across all your locations with smart parameters.
- Review the Analytics dashboard to understand how your locations are performing in Search and Maps.
- If you use n8n or other automation tools, visit Integrations to connect Localith to your workflow stack.
