Overview
The Content Calendar gives your team a visual timeline of every scheduled, published, and draft Google Post across all locations. Instead of managing posts from a flat list, you see what is going out, when, and to which locations.
Use the calendar to spot gaps in your publishing schedule, avoid overlapping promotions, and coordinate campaigns across regions or client accounts.
How it works
The calendar pulls from your publishing queue and displays posts by day and week. Each entry shows the post type, target locations, and current status (draft, scheduled, published, or failed).
Click any entry to edit, reschedule, or duplicate it. Drag posts between dates to quickly adjust timing without recreating the content.
- Open the Publishing section and switch to the Calendar view.
- Browse by week or month to see your upcoming and past posts.
- Click a date to create a new post, or click an existing post to edit it.
- Use filters to view posts for specific locations, groups, or post types.
